Back-to-work breastfeeding support

You do not have to figure out the return alone.

Personalized, nonclinical coaching to help you plan for pumping, child care, workplace conversations, daily routines—and the emotional shift back to work.

Practical support.A plan built around your real life.

Returning changes more than your calendar.

It is dozens of small decisions about meetings, pumping, bottles, child care, commuting, supplies, mornings, evenings, partners, and emotions no schedule can predict.

M&B Motherhood helps you bring the pieces together into a realistic plan—then adjust it once real life begins.

“A workable plan is more helpful than a perfect one.

How it works

From overwhelmed to ready.

01

Tell me what’s ahead

We start with your workday, commute, child care, current routine, support system, and biggest concerns.

02

Build your plan

Together, we map supplies, conversations, responsibilities, daily rhythms, and backup options.

03

Adjust after day one

Once theory meets real life, we simplify what did not work and strengthen what did.

7+years of lived breastfeeding experience

Meet Linsey

Experience as a mother. Skills built over a career.

I breastfed my two daughters for more than seven years collectively. What stayed with me was not only the feeding itself—it was the invisible planning required to make work, pumping, child care, home, and motherhood coexist.

After 15 years leading communications and complex projects, I created M&B Motherhood to bring those skills together with lived experience: warm, practical support that helps mothers feel less alone and more prepared.

M&B honors my daughters, Madison and Brooke.

Clear and caring boundaries

Coaching that complements clinical care.

M&B Motherhood provides nonclinical coaching, peer education, planning, and organization. It does not diagnose or treat lactation concerns and does not replace an IBCLC, physician, pediatrician, mental-health professional, or attorney.

When something falls outside the coaching scope, I will help you identify the right qualified professional and organize the questions you want to bring.

Let’s make Monday feel manageable

Your return deserves a plan built around you.
